Who we are
Nazora Studio LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a permanent makeup studio in Tampa, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: contact us using the details on our Contact page.
Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, and appointment details when you book or contact us — so we can schedule, provide, and follow up on your services and reply to you; and the contents of messages you send us (including WhatsApp, social media, email, and forms).
Consent and intake forms. Before certain services, you complete a consent and intake form that collects health-related information (such as allergies, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy/nursing status, and skin history) so we can assess whether a treatment is safe and suitable for you. This information is sensitive, so we collect it only with your consent, keep it confidential, and use it only for your care, safety, and required records — never for advertising.
Photos. We may take before/after photos as part of your treatment record. We only use photos publicly (for example, our portfolio or social media) with your separate consent.
Payment information. Payments and deposits are handled by our booking and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Casting and model applications. If you apply to model for our content, we collect the information and photos you submit with your application. We use them only to evaluate and manage casting, keep them for a limited time, and delete them on request. Any public use of your image would always require your separate, written consent first.
Information collected automatically. Basic technical and usage data when you visit our website, such as pages viewed, general device type, and your approximate location (at the area/city level). We use our own privacy-respecting site analytics that is cookieless, and we do not place third-party advertising trackers on our pages. If you arrive from an online advertisement, we may use a limited advertising identifier — one provided by the advertising service, not created by us — with your consent, only to measure that ad. That identifier is the only thing we share for this; we don't share your name, contact information, or health details. The cookies we set are functional (language, display preferences, your cookie choice), plus one advertising-measurement cookie set only where you allow it. Like virtually all websites, our hosting and security providers keep standard server logs for security and operations, under their own policies.
How we use your information
To provide and manage your appointments, deposits, and services; to assess medical suitability and perform treatments safely; to communicate with you (confirmations, reminders, replies); to keep business and treatment records; to improve our services and website; and, with your consent, for marketing such as showcasing results. We process this information to perform our services, to comply with legal obligations, and based on your consent where required.
How we share information
We share information only as needed:
- Service providers / processors who help us operate — for example, our booking platform and payment processor, messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp/Meta), our email provider, our website security and delivery network, and map features on our site. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
- Advertising measurement — if an online ad brings you to us, we may share that ad's identifier (and that a booking happened) with the third party that ran the ad, only so it can measure that ad. That identifier is all we share for this — never your name, contact information, or health details.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — if the business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information. Sharing an ad's identifier to measure advertising (above) may count as "sharing" under some laws — never a sale — and you can opt out (see Your choices).
Messages and WhatsApp
When you message us (including via WhatsApp), we keep those conversations as part of our client and service records. Messages you send through third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms' own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain treatment and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or tax obligations. Consent forms and client communications are retained as part of our records.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, appropriate to how sensitive it is. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect it. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law (including Florida's Information Protection Act).
Your choices
- Your booking record. If you've booked or contacted us, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We'll honor that — though we may need to keep certain records (for example, treatment and consent records) where the law allows or requires it, and some records are removed after a set retention period.
- Website analytics. Our website analytics is pseudonymous — it isn't tied to your name, so we generally can't single out an individual visitor or look up a personal profile to hand over or delete, and it expires on its own. What you can always do is opt out of advertising measurement (below).
- Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time — the unsubscribe link, reply STOP, or contact us.
- Do Not Sell or Share. We don't sell your personal information. To opt out of advertising measurement, choose "Decline" in our cookie banner, turn on a browser privacy signal like Global Privacy Control (we honor it automatically), or contact us. Opting out never affects your booking or our service.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. Permanent makeup services are provided only to clients 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party links
Our website and profiles may link to other sites (such as booking, courses, or social media). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and where the law requires it — for example, a genuinely new way of sharing your information — we'll ask for your consent before it applies to you.
Payments & card on file
When you book a service that requires a deposit, your payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number (PCI SAQ-A). With your explicit consent (a payment authorization you accept at checkout), we securely store a reference to your card on file with Stripe so we can charge the agreed amounts named in that authorization — your deposit, and, per our policy, a no-show or late-cancellation fee, the remaining balance, or a reschedule fee. We retain that card reference and the authorization record only for as long as needed for your appointment and the dispute-resolution window (about 18–24 months), after which the card reference is removed. You can revoke the authorization by contacting the studio.
<!-- LEGAL REVIEW (FL attorney): confirm surcharge/e-sign (ESIGN/UETA)/negative-option (FTC)/retention wording before launch. This is a factual draft of system behavior, not final legal copy. -->
Marketing communications
If you subscribe to offers through our website (for example, via the offers page), we collect your email address solely for that purpose. We use it to send occasional offers and promotions from Nazora Studio. We do not use it for any other purpose and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
If you also choose to provide your phone number and check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive occasional marketing texts from us. Consent to texts is never a condition of any purchase or service, and message/data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time: click the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email, reply STOP to any marketing text, or contact us directly. We will stop promptly, and we keep a record of your opt-out so we don't contact you again.
