Our services

We provide permanent makeup (cosmetic tattoo) services, including brows and lip blush. Permanent makeup is a multi-step process and is semi-permanent: the color fades over time and typically requires maintenance touch-ups, which are booked separately. Results vary by individual, skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle, and are not guaranteed.

Eligibility and health

Services are available only to clients 18 years or older. You agree to provide accurate health information on our consent and intake forms. For your safety, we may decline or postpone a service if a treatment is not appropriate (for example, certain medical conditions, pregnancy/nursing, or recent procedures). Our information is not medical advice; consult your physician with health questions.

Booking, deposits, and cancellations

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us within the window stated when you book. A late cancellation or a missed appointment ("no-show") forfeits the deposit; where our policy provides, a pre-disclosed no-show charge may also apply. Each amount is set in advance as a reasonable estimate of the loss from reserved time we cannot rebook — not as a penalty. When you book, you confirm that you accept this policy.

Payments

Payments and deposits are processed through our payment processor. By paying, you also agree to the applicable processor's terms. We do not store your full card details. Prices are subject to change.

You must complete the required consent and intake forms before your service; treatment cannot proceed without them. The risks of the procedure and your assumption of those risks are described and signed in that consent, separately from these Terms.

Courses and training

Online courses and training may be provided through an external education platform and governed by that platform's terms. Access to digital course content is non-refundable once granted; this is disclosed to you before purchase.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our courses — text, images, logos, design, and training materials — belongs to Nazora Studio LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, the total liability of Nazora Studio LLC arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. This limit does not apply to liability that Florida law does not allow to be limited. As stated above, results vary and are not guaranteed; the risks of the procedure are addressed in the consent you sign separately.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in full effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any consents you sign, are the entire agreement between you and Nazora Studio LLC regarding the site and services. Our not enforcing a provision at any time does not waive it.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms; a material change may require your acceptance again.
