• More than 72 hours before
    Reschedule or cancel completely free: your full deposit is refunded.
  • Between 24 and 72 hours
    You may reschedule (a rescheduling fee applies) or cancel (the deposit is non-refundable). No no-show charge applies.
  • Less than 24 hours
    Your slot can no longer be rebooked: the no-show charge applies whether you cancel or don't attend. No changes and no refund.

Your deposit is always deducted from the total of your service on the day of your appointment and is refunded only in the first case. The no-show charge is separate from the deposit: it covers a slot that can no longer be offered to anyone else. Touch-ups are booked separately. For genuine emergencies, message us and we'll review case by case.
