What neutralization is
Over time, some permanent makeup fades to an off tone: brows can turn warm and reddish, or cool and greyish-blue. Neutralization applies a complementary corrective pigment that cancels the unwanted hue and brings the color back toward a natural, balanced brown. It corrects the color — it is not a full reshape or a redo.
