Common questions
When is my first touch-up?
The perfecting session is 4–6 weeks after your initial appointment — it's part of the process so your result heals flawlessly. After that, a refresh every 12–24 months keeps the color.
Is the touch-up included in the service?
No. The touch-up isn't included — it's booked and paid for separately. For clients who had the work done with us, it's priced below the full service. If too much time has passed (over ~2 years), it may be treated as a new service — we confirm from a photo.
Do you touch up another artist's work?
We don't touch up work done by another artist. What we can do is assess your brows to see if they're a good candidate and start fresh with a custom design. Send a photo of your brows for a consultation.
